This module supports safe, high-quality telepractice by focusing on effective communication skills in virtual care. Informed by Ontario Health (Cancer Care Ontario)’s Oncology Nursing Telepractice Standards, it aims to enhance patient interactions and support effective assessment in virtual settings.
While developed within an oncology context, this module is relevant to all healthcare providers involved in virtual patient encounters. The module takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, and a certificate of completion is available.
